An off-duty cop shoots an innocent woman on the way to the hospital, but he is not charged.

<p>Lecresha Murray says she was feeling sick so she decided to drive herself to the hospital. She says an off-duty cop followed her in his personal vehicle and began tailgating her. Murray says the officer shot at her six times, despite her being unarmed. The officer has yet to be arrested, despite shooting Murray six times.
