Afrika in Focus Special: Can an Afrikan team win the football world cup?

<p>This week&apos;s edition of Afrika in Focus is a special looking at the forthcoming Football World Cup being held in Qatar, asking the question can an Afrikan team win the football world Cup</p><p>The Greatest Footballer Of All Time (GOAT).
