The owner of a wine bar in Rochester that was threatened with closure over noise complaints, says he's "incredibly relieved" they've now been withdrawn..... It was the second time in six years City Wall in the High Street was hit with a noise abatement order. But after spending 3-thousand-pounds on a sound expert, owner Sanjay Raval proved they were operating within the rules. He says this could've been avoided had the person who complained just spoke to him.
