Before she retired, she served as Deputy Diversity Officer, which launched her career in diversity and inclusion. Today she works in affirmative employment program management for the federal government. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">LaDonna Sanders Redmond is a food justice activist. She started working in the world of food justice because her son developed food allergies at a very early age.
