Nothing is as powerful as taking responsibility, and this doesn't mean that you have to say that you are particularly "wrong", but it means you want to admit to something at least to the point where you are willing to take action. Sometimes it doesn't mean that you are going to do something, but the change in the mindset about something, allowing oneself to experience the other perspective so that you can gain a broader view of a certain topic, has proven to be most beneficial.
