2371: Renk transit site flooded with people fleeing war in Khartoum.

<div>Close to one thousand people fleeing violence in Sudan are reported to make daily crossing everyday into South Sudan. The returnees and refugees are entering the country mainly through Joda-Renk Border post in Upper Nile state.<br> <br> Norwegian Refugee Council NRC Country Director, Mabonga Kennedy said on Radio Miraya a few minutes ago that the needs of the displaced is overwhelming and there are fears of water borne diseases with the start of the rainy season. <br> <br> </div>
