After having a health scare when her second kid was 3 months old, Jesse realized she needed to focus on making sure she took care of herself.</span> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesse Draper is the Founding Partner of Halogen Ventures, an LA-based early stage venture capital fund focused on investing in female founded consumer technology.
