<div>Civil Society activist Rajab Muhandis says the postponement of the swearing in of members of the Transitional National Legislative Assembly indicates lack of political will to implement the peace agreement. The MPs were supposed take oath of office on 9th July which marks the tenth anniversary of South Sudan’s independence.
