Which always sounds like an abstract claim. It sounds high and lofty until its your family member whose denied treatment because of some kerfuffle with the insurance company, or its your friend who is assaulted on their way home in what should have been a safe walk, or its your child who feels the sting of prejudice. Then it becomes clear all over to us all over again.
