Simisola Bolatito Ogunleye, popularly known Simi, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter, who sings Afro-pop, soul & high-life. Her professional musical career started in 2006, following the release of her debut album, 'Ogaju', while she came into spotlight after the release of her song, 'Tiff' in 2014. Tiff was later nominated in two categories for The Headies Awards 2015. Simi's Simisola album, released in September 2017, was the second most downloaded album on Boomplay in 2017. She won the Best Vocal Performance (Female) for 'Love Don't Care' & Best Collaboration (with Falz) on 'Soldier' at the 2016 Headies & City People's 'Female Artist of the Year' to mention a few of her achievements.
