In 2022 a domestic event caused me to breakdown. I'm a typical, strong man, in his sixties, travelled and worked around the world in many countries. it couldn't happen to me. Correction, it did. Not just a breakdown but PTSD, anxiety through the roof, all alone thousands of miles from home, from any family and not a single friend to talk to.
