Success doesn't come easy. Since day one, persistence has been the name of the game for RoyStar SoundSick. Long before entering the world of professional entertainment, Star was just another kid suffering the growing pains of living on the South Side of Chicago. After a few years of professional recording, RoyStar SoundSick's music caught the attention of Detroit Hip Hop Legend Brian "Champtown" Harmon and Entertainment lawyer Don Wilson, ultimately leading to Star signing his first major label recording contract through Universal Music Group's imprint label Canorous Records.
