At a time when pagan religious practices are fading, we still need to deal with their source concept: Is there a GOD?Historically, the term god or goddess, referred to a magical entity used to explain physical reality. In their various manifestations, the gods were used to explain the unexplainable and to provide an external source of responsibility for human actions and instincts.As we will see, this book touches on the science and reality that was expressed in terms the masses would understand and accept. And in an environment where humans are creating Artificial Intelligence -- thus becoming a creator god to a form of existence capable of something we can call thought, and thus refer to as "Intelligence" -- it is time we set aside pagan beliefs.For the purpose of this exploration, the focus is on the emergence of religion in Western Culture. And while they had the same basic origins, Eastern Culture took a someone different approach -- one that did not include the creation of a book structured like the Bible.The premise of the book is that there was a real-world basis for many of the things in the bible. But, as the subtitle indicates, the facts were influenced by "Telephone" -- the changes that are introduced in the oral repetition of stories. The early authors of the Bible (notably the book of Genesis) understood the distortions and took precautions to ensure what they were transmitting would be retained and survive the repetition process.In reality, the word "God" is taking on a rational meaning. It is the explanation for the beginning. It is the word, as used when describing The Higgs boson as "The God Particle," that designates the earlier or most basic form of existence.YES!
