Hi, I'm Ashley. I'm a 28 year old founder, author, and content creator based in Los Angeles. I spent the last four years sharing my morning routine with God and somewhere along the way it turned into a mission: to help girls grow closer to God and become the women He created them to be. That mission turned into a book, series, podcast, and a faith and fitness app. This channel is where I share about faith, wellness, and what it actually looks like to build a life with God at the center.
